Oversees the University's Employee and Organizational Development (EOD) program. Manages a team of professional, technical, and administrative support staff engaged in the development and implementation of training programs and enterprise-wide organizational change programs. Participates in strategic decision-making as it relates to the unit as a member of the department's management team.
The University of New Mexico provides all training required by OSHA to ensure employee safety.
