Within the Division of Human Resources, serves as a senior-level contributor to the Talent Development (TD) Department by leading the design, development, and delivery of comprehensive, innovative learning strategies that advance organizational goals and workforce effectiveness. Partners with TD team, campus leaders, subject matter experts (SMEs), and stakeholders to assess complex learning needs and deliver high-impact, data-informed talent development solutions. Applies advanced adult learning theory, instructional design, and facilitation expertise; leads large-scale or enterprise-wide training initiatives; evaluates program outcomes; and drives continuous improvement through assessment and analytics. Supports change management and learning transformation efforts, and ensures effective alignment of learning solutions with evolving technologies and infrastructure for an optimal and equitable learner experience.
