Within the Division of Human Resources, leads large-scale organizational change efforts, aimed at improving individual and organizational performance University-wide. Provides subject matter expertise and consultation to leadership and teams on organizational effectiveness and development initiatives. Works closely with leaders and team members across the University, HR leadership and HR business partners for assigned client groups.
The University of New Mexico provides all training required by OSHA to ensure employee safety.
