Oversees all operational and administrative matters for the Board of Regents and handles a wide range of issues on behalf of the Board. Provides coordination and oversight in the development of Board agenda, schedules, and activities. Serves as liaison between the Board, the Office of the President, and other senior officers of the University, and coordinates and interacts directly with other Board members, University administrators, faculty, staff, students, public officials, and community members. Reports to the President of the Board of Regents.
