Under the direction of the Chief University Marketing and Communications Officer, directs and leads institutional web communication efforts, initiatives, and projects. Ensures major University webpages and social media platforms align with the institutional voice of the University and with best practices related to web architecture, design, usability, functionality, accessibility, and mobile formats. Expands portfolio of oversight to departments across the institution and leads a team of professional and technical personnel in the delivery of exceptional support services. Advises executive leaders and University constituents regarding trends, best practices, effective web strategies, and opportunities to enhance the use of critical web resources and platforms. Leads and coordinates institutional policy-making committees and ensures adherence to University web standards and guidelines.
