Under limited supervision, oversees and coordinates the day-to-day operations for retail and visitor experience for a university museum, bookstore or other retail environment. Plans and organizes all aspects of store operations and visitor admissions including activities such as tracking attendance, buying, selling, consignment, merchandising, inventory control, and scheduling and supervision of customer service and support staff. In support of the organization's mission, works to maximize revenue and provide an exceptional visitor experience. Provides input into operating budgets, policies, and procedures, and provides leadership in the general marketing of the enterprise.
