The following statements are intended to describe, in broad terms, the general functions and responsibility levels characteristic of positions assigned to this classification. Manages and coordinates the on-site establishment and execution of research and associated administrative protocol within the defined parameters of a funded community-based research study. Establishes, and maintains community relationships; engages and recruits community participation; schedules, coordinates, and performs standardized and/or prescribed data collection and analytical procedures. Collects and prepares data, and conducts a variety of standardized tests and analyses in accordance with detailed protocol and procedural specifications. Participates as appropriate in the interpretation of field research data and in the publication and/or presentation of results.
