The following statements are intended to describe, in broad terms, the general functions and responsibility levels characteristic of positions assigned to this classification. Under indirect supervision, acts as a research-based liaison and interpretive information resource to the University research community and other targeted constituencies with respect to human research projects being conducted within a specified clinical research operation. Develops mechanisms and serves as a conduit for effective information exchange and collaboration among researchers, and may serve as a co-investigator on specific research studies. Provides technical assistance in the design and development of grant applications, presentations, and manuscripts.
