Oversees the development, program management and implementation of recruitment based scholarship initiatives and outreach services for high-achieving student recruitment. Develops and administers projects and programs to accomplish the University's goals related to high-achieving student enrollment and strategic scholarship utilization . Manages fiscal responsibilities of initial scholarship awarding component within the unit and leads recruiters as to principles of good practice, policies and regulations related to scholarship awarding. Visits schools and makes presentations to groups and individuals. Manages and establishes recruitment and communication efforts. Serves as primary point of contact for the assigned territory and internal coordination of university participation in outreach activities and scholarship awarding.
