This is a single-incumbent position within Campus Environments and Services (CES) responsible for providing executive leadership and oversight of the University's institutional capital strategy, asset management, capital planning, campus and space planning, and related decision-support functions. Directs capital planning frameworks, asset stewardship initiatives, infrastructure investment priorities, data-informed planning practices, and long-range strategies to ensure alignment with university priorities, financial capacity, regulatory requirements, and strategic objectives. Serves as a strategic advisor and principal liaison to university leadership, operational units, external partners, and governmental agencies on matters related to capital investment, deferred maintenance, asset lifecycle management, infrastructure planning, space utilization, and long-term stewardship of university assets. Reports to the Vice President of CES.
