The following statements are intended to describe, in broad terms, the general functions and responsibility levels characteristic of positions assigned to this classification. Directs and oversees administrative and operational support services/programs for large, organizationally complex operating component or service center consisting of multiple and diverse activities and programs. Coordinates organization-wide strategic and fiscal planning and policy/procedure development. Oversees human resources development and management, information services, and administrative support services for the entity. Deputizes for and/or represents the senior executive officer of the entity as required. May oversee the development and operations of one or more assigned services programs.
The University of New Mexico provides all training required by OSHA to ensure employee safety.
