Under general direction, coordinates the daily activities of a customer order fulfillment department of a major unit. Facilitates interaction between customer service, warehouse, accountants and credit manager, and sales and marketing. Leads and trains employees who process orders; schedules and releases orders for shipment according to sales policy and customer requirements. Investigates and resolves complex customer complaints.
