Leads large-scale organizational change efforts aimed at improving individual and organizational performance University-wide. Plans and leads organizational diagnoses and problem solving, and provides consultation with organizational groups seeking consensus. Manages large-scale instructional development projects, and designs and develops associated educational and training programs.
The University of New Mexico provides all training required by OSHA to ensure employee safety.
